Assessing the Quality of Milk Using a Multicomponent Analytical Platform MicroNIR/Chemometric

Abstract: In this work, an innovative screening platform based on MicroNIR and chemometrics is proposed for the on-site and contactless monitoring of the quality of milk using simultaneous multicomponent analysis.
