Over the past decades, the automotive market has been growing and developing rapidly. Vehicles are constantly modified: their geometric parameters (length, width, height, etc.) and dynamic parameters (power, acceleration speed, etc.) change. For the design and construction of the roadway, as well as subsequent calculations in the field of traffic management (flow saturation, mandatory control, etc.) in accordance with the regulatory documentation, geometric and dynamic parameters of the design vehicle are used, the parameters of which are determined on the basis of Soviet cars of the 80s. As a result of vehicles changes and modifications, it is necessary to update and perform additional calculations to determine the parameters of an improved design - calibrated vehicle. The main purpose of the study is to determine the parameters of the design – calibrated vehicle for performing calculations in the field of construction and traffic management. In the course of the research presented in this article, the analysis of statistical data regarding the best-selling light vehicles, as well as the variability of the geometric parameters of vehicles were determined. Based on all the completed tasks, the result of the work is determination of the design - calibrated vehicle for Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, which will be subsequently used for the design and construction of the roadway and calculations in the field of traffic management.

EV batteries tend to generate a significant amount of heat due to internal resistance during operation. The LCP using the regular inlet struggles to have good fluid distribution without depending on the flow rate. The aim of the present experimental study is to introduce a new design of inlet header called shower head to be used in the liquid cold plate for cooling the battery cells. The study investigates the thermal performance improvements by using the shower head and its impact on the hydraulic performance of the liquid cold plate. The shower head is studied at Reynolds number range 382–1530 and water is the working fluid. The results indicate that the shower head achieved significant reduction in the surface temperature of the battery cell and good temperature uniformity compared to the regular inlet at all Reynolds numbers due to the ability of the shower head to achieve good fluid distribution and mixing inside the LCP. The pumping power consumption difference between the regular inlet and the shower head is not significant.

Введение. В последнее время в связи с увеличением количества автотранспортных средств, в том числе общественного транспорта, появляется необходимость упорядочивания системы технического обслуживания и ремонта с учетом массовости поступающих заявок на проведение указанных операций. Снижение производительности может произойти из-за нечёткого распределения работ по исполнителям, несогласованности их действий по времени и нерационального использования технологического оборудования. Целью проводимого исследования является разработка системы организации технического обслуживания и ремонта подвижного состава, основанной на принципах централизации и кооперации с другими производственными структурами. Для достижения указанной цели используются статистические методы, методы теории случайных процессов и теории массового обслуживания. Концентрация производства происходит или за счёт роста доли крупных предприятий в общем объеме производства региона/отрасли (перевозок пассажиров мегаполиса), или за счёт роста размеров самих производственных предприятий. Аргументировать процесс концентрации можно с позиций принципов синергетики. Материалы и методы. В статье рассмотрено оперативное управление системой технического обслуживания и ремонта автобусного парка. Представлено разделение задач технической службы автотранспортного предприятия на четыре комплекса. Проанализированы два способа составления графика: календарный и по фактическому пробегу автомобилей. В результате анализа были выявлены преимущества и недостатки каждого из вариантов. Проанализированы преимущества и недостатки универсальных и специализированных постов с указанием способов устранения выявленных недостатков. Обоснован положительный эффект от централизации управления указанными комплексами задач по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту подвижного состава. Результаты. Предложена схема обслуживания заявок на текущий ремонт при децентрализованной и централизованной системах управления производством текущего ремонта подвижного состава. Описаны основные принципы функционирования централизованной системы управления производством. Предложена общая структурная схема работы централизованного специализированного производства. Представлен структурный состав комплекса подготовки производства с описанием каждого подразделения, входящего в его систему: группа комплектации, промежуточный склад, транспортный участок, моечно-дефектовочный участок, инструментальный участок. Обозначены задачи отдела оперативного управления и отдела обработки и анализа информации, входящих в центр управления централизованного специализированного производства. Обсуждение и заключение. Результаты исследования предназначены для предприятий пассажирского транспорта. Настоящее исследование является составной частью разработки общей системы централизации и кооперации технического обслуживания подвижного состава.
