Abstract:To increase the oxidative stability of flaxseed oil (FSO), combinations of two synergists (vitamin C, citric acid) and five distinct antioxidants (SDG (Secoisolariciresinol diglucoside), tea polyphenol (TP), resveratrol (RE), caffeic acid (CA), and vitamin E (VE)) were assessed.
