Abstract: ObjectiveDuring neonatal resuscitation, the return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) can be achieved using epinephrine which optimises coronary perfusion by increasing diastolic pressure. Abdominal compression (AC) applied during resuscitation could potentially increase diastolic pressure and therefore help achieve ROSC.
