Assessing Photoreceptor Structure Associated With Ellipsoid Zone Disruptions Visualized With Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract: Purpose To compare images of photoreceptor layer disruptions obtained with optical coherence tomography (OCT) and adaptive optics scanning light ophthalmoscopy (AOSLO) in a variety of pathologic states.
