Assessing Hydrokinetic Energy in the Mexican Caribbean: A Case Study in the Cozumel Channel

Abstract: This paper presents a techno-economic assessment of hydrokinetic energy of Cozumel Island, where ocean currents have been detected, but tourist activities are paramount.
