Abstract:This research presents an unsupervised learning approach for interpreting well-log data to characterize the hydrostratigraphical units within the Quaternary aquifer system in Debrecen area, Eastern Hungary. The study applied factor analysis (FA) to extract factor logs from spontaneous potential (SP), natural gamma ray (NGR), and resistivity (RS) logs and correlate it to the petrophysical and hydrogeological parameters of shale volume and hydraulic conductivity. This research indicated a significant exponentia… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
