Aspiration pneumonia as a complication of a rare type of hernia

Abstract: HighlightsWe report aspiration pneumonia as a complication of incarcerated stomach.CT scanning helped to diagnose both the incarcerated hernia and the pneumonia.Antibiotics and conservative treatment were effective in managing the patient.
