Abstract:We herein report two cases of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhea associated with lung infiltrates. One patient presented with symptomatic non-resolving pneumonia, while the other was asymptomatic. In both cases, the lung infiltrates completely resolved when CSF leakage had subsided.
