Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Ashy dermatosis is a rare dermatosis of unknown etiology and pathogenesis, more common in people with darker skin. However, in this case report, the patient is white. CASE REPORT: A 54-year-old white woman with a history of asymptomatic gray-stained macules located on the craniocaudal axis.
