“…NifH gene copy numbers were quantified and measured in Real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) (QuantStudio® 5, Singapore) by the addition of an intercalating fluorescent dye SYBR® Premix Ex Taq™ (Takara Bio Inc., Japan).
