Ascites as a Sole Presentation of Juvenile Granulosa Cell Tumor

Abstract: Granulosa cell tumors (GCT) are rare tumor and they constitute only 2% of all ovarian tumor. They are categorized in to juvenile and adult types. Juvenile Granulosa cell tumors only contribute to 5% of all GCT and they usually affect young children and premenarchal girls.
