As Unidades de Pronto-Atendimento na Política Nacional de Atenção às Urgências

Abstract: foi fruto de grande insatisfação com o atendimento nas emergências hospitalares. As UPAs constituíram o principal componente de atendimento pré-hospitalar fixo da política. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar as portarias ministeriais que regulamentaram a criação das UPAs, procurando compreender seu padrão de implantação.
