In the current global era of the Industry 4.0, competent and highly competitive human resources are an absolute requirement for increasingly fierce global competition, to deal with this, the Indonesian government implemented policies to face the Indonesian Industry 4.0. One of which is done by the Ministry of Research and Technology's, for four years, around 100 new study programs have been opened in order to produce human resources who are ready to face challenges in the Indonesian Industry 4.0. In the current global era of the Industry 4.0, automation and robotics provide the muscle, AR / VR, cameras and other sensors provide the senses, data and connectivity are its central nervous system. But the real brains behind it is Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI, is a science in the field of computer science that studies the manufacturing of computer systems with the ability to have intelligence like humans. People who have the skill of AI are highly targeted today. The demand for artificial intelligence capabilities in the focus of the field of machine learning has risen sharply in the UK. Research is needed with a comprehensive qualitative approach, and exploration of needs to be anticipated by universities to become a center of excellence and contribute to the real world by producing human resources to be able to work and win competitions in the global business industry, both as practitioners and academics. The results of the study are useful for improving and aiming at evaluating the strategy that has been implemented previously based on the results of research related to perception and prospective analysis of artificial intelligence to produce the human resources needed in Indonesian Industry 4.0.

Chatbot is an application that is designed to help humans communicate with machines. NLP and API.AI are some of the components that are crucial in making chatbot as they help chatbot in performing chatting operations. Chatbot could be implemented in many aspects of life such as education, social media platforms, games, even in business. Business has always been an important part of human life and it is irreplaceable. As the era evolves, the business industry is also getting modernized and automated which resulted in implementing the latest technology into the industry like chatbot. In the context of the business industry, chatbot can be used as an assistant that will help dealing with the customer service section as well as giving the latest information about the business. This study aims to determine how the chatbot gives impact to the business as well as the owners, what kind of features that the chatbot needs, and how the chatbot should be developed so that it will be compatible in the business environment. The research was conducted using two methods which are literature review and survey: questionnaire. The result of the research conducted are the impacts that the owner gets by using chatbot in their business, a set of features that are relevant in developing chatbot and recommendation for further implementation.

This study focused on analyzing how different interactions (face-to-face chatting and chatting with AI chatbots) may affect speaking skills. In order to examine whether using AI chatbots can be beneficial for improving speaking task performances, 110 participants were divided into three groups: a face-toface chatting, AI text-chatting, and AI voice-chatting group. They were assigned three speaking tasks that involved describing a picture, responding to questions, and expressing an opinion, which they did both before and after the experiments. Based on the analysis of quantitative data, the findings of the study indicated that both AI groups improved their speaking performance after the experiment while there were mixed results from the face-to-face interactions. It was found that the participants in the face-to-face group improved significantly better in responding to questions and expressing an opinion while no significant differences were revealed in the describing a picture task. With respect to the effects of using AI chatbots, there were no significant differences in the two speaking tasks (describe a picture and respond to questions) between the three groups. However, the comparative analysis of the three different interaction modes suggested that the AI voice-chatting pairs outperformed in terms of their speaking performance task (expressing an opinion) compared with the face-to-face and AI textchatting groups. Regarding students' perspectives, descriptive statistics and selected student interviews were reported. Based on the findings of the current study, pedagogical implications and directions for future research are also suggested.
