Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm with Directed Scout

Abstract: As a relatively new model, the Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm (ABC) has shown impressive success in solving optimization problems. Nevertheless, its efficiency is still not satisfactory for some complex optimization problems.
