Articulating Os Intermetatarsium with painful ganglion cyst

Abstract: Objective: Sesamoid and accessory bones are commonly found in the foot and ankle with varying incidence. The Os intermetatarsium, located between the medial cuneiform and the base of the first and second metatarsal, occurs rarely and is frequently asymptomatic.
