“…Total synovectomy is the current consensus for treating such lesions in the knee, hip, shoulder, and elbow joints for either localized or diffused TGCT. 3 , 9 However, until now, there has been no clear consensus regarding the most appropriate surgical synovectomy, either with an arthroscopic or open approach.
