In their study, Felli et al 1 also described that arthroscopic lateral retinacular release was performed to reduce the compressive forces on the lateral patella-femoral joint. However, there is not sufficient evidence to support these hypothesis and their use for routine treatment of symptomatic bipartite patella.…”
