Arthroscopic Repair of a Coronoid Process Fracture

Abstract: Case: A 68-year-old woman sustained an isolated type III left coronoid fracture after mechanical ground-level fall. The patient underwent left elbow arthroscopy with minimally invasive arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation of the coronoid fracture using Arthrex Mini TightRope.
