Arthroscopic Femoral Head Allograft With Proximal Femoral/Periacetabular Osteotomies for Sequelae of Perthes

Abstract: Case: We describe the unique case of a 20-year-old man with a history of Legg-Calve-Perthes disease, hip dysplasia, and osteochondral fragmentation of the medial femoral head. We performed arthroscopic femoroplasty and femoral head allografting, followed by a valgus-producing derotational femoral osteotomy (DFO) and periacetabular osteotomy (PAO).
