Arthrographie—erweiterte Diagnostik bei Kapsel-Band-Verletzungen des oberen Sprunggelenkes

Abstract: Arthrography was performed in 563 cases of ankle injury to determine its diagnostic information. No complications occurred in our study. Experiences are described and indications for arthrography are pointed out. Stress radiography using a sophisticated apparatus and reproducible amounts of pressure does not have the diagnostic accuracy of arthrography. Arthrography of the ankle joint makes it possible to diagnose ligament rupture and classify injuries by negative stress radiography.
