Arterial hypotension during percutaneous procedures in the left atrium: It is not always pericardial tamponade!

Abstract: On the stage of left atrial percutaneous procedures a number of acute complications and their management have been described. In the current brief report, coronary air embolism, its acute manifestations, differential diagnosis and outcomes were presented in three patients who underwent cryoballoon ablation of atrial fibrillation and left appendage closure.
