We present a magnetic resonance image of a 51-yearold female patient who presented with symptoms and signs of bilateral femoral artery embolism. The majority of cases of systemic malignant embolism reported in the literature have resulted from bronchogenic carcinoma [2][3][4][5][6]. Further work-up revealed a tumor in the left atrium on echocardiogram, and a mass in the left upper lobe on chest x-ray.
