Art of using maintenance therapy in a patient with metastatic colon cancer harboring RAS-wt/BRAF V600E

Abstract: Background: Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignancies with a high rate of liver metastasis, and various gene mutations have been proven to be involved in its pathogenesis.
