“…Mesoporous carbonaceous materials such as CMK-3 have a lot of advantages, e.g., a considerable pore volume, a large active surface area, and great opportunities for chemical modification of the carbonaceous surface by the intersection of various kinds of heteroatoms such as nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, oxygen, or boron.
