Arrangements and applications of self-grounded antennas

Abstract: Abstract-The self-grounded antenna is a new type of compact ultra-wideband antennas with simple geometries. One of the characteristics of this type antenna is its high flexibility: the configuration of the antenna can be arranged in many different ways for different applications. In this paper, we overview the typical arrangements of the self-grounded antennas, and their performance for different applications.
