Arginina afecta la pérdida endógena de aminoácidos en cerdos en estrés por calor

Abstract: The effect of adding arginine to the diet on the endogenous amino acids (AA) loss in pigs under heat stress (HS) was evaluated. Twelve pigs (25 ± 2.6 Kg) cannulated in the distal ileum were used. There were three treatments: thermal neutral pigs fed a basal semi-purified diet (TN-B); HS pigs fed the basal diet (HS-B); HS pigs fed the basal diet added with 0.20% free Arg (HS-Arg).
