“…In this vein, in their systematic review, Haddoud et al (2021) summoned new studies to probe the characteristics of entrepreneurs that drive SMEs in the pre-internationalisation phase, particularly factors related to beliefs and personal values. Third, by observing the moderating influence of gender and ethnicity in the personal values and IE intention link, this study accedes Vandor's (2021, p. 2) request to focus on the “person behind the entrepreneur” while considering the role of ethnicity. Furthermore, it addresses the limited attention, thus far, given to the moderating role of gender on the antecedents of entrepreneurial behaviour in general (Vamvaka et al , 2020).…”

“…Building on these early studies, experimental research demonstrates that those with prior international experience can also tap into creativity-supporting processes when temporarily exposed to juxtaposed cultural cuesreminding them of two cultures simultaneously, indicating that the creative benefits individuals derive can be sustained over time, beyond the immediate impact of visiting a foreign country Maddux et al, 2010). These findings also provide compelling evidence for the causal effects of cross-cultural exposure, responding to endogeneity concerns that creative individuals self-select into foreign experiences (Vandor, 2021). Interestingly, further studies suggest these effects extend to teams and have additive effects when groups of individuals with experience overseas work together on projects (Tadmor et al, 2012b).…”

“…/ Norteamerica publishes Ahead-of-Print (AOP) versions of all manuscripts that have undergone a rigorous double-blind peer-review and been approved for publication by the Editorial Board in order to provide broader and earlier access to them. igual que Tolbert y Coles (2018), que además de las actitudes individuales, se debe también prestar atención a los factores estructurales, y psicológicos (Vandor, 2021) que facilitan o inhiben el espíritu empresarial.
