Are exergames an option to cope with sleep disorders during the COVID-19 outbreak?

Abstract: During the COVID-19 pandemic, factors related to the isolation and quarantine period increased psychobiological distress in the general population around the world, increasing anxiety, emotional stress, and depression, as well as worsening of the quality of sleep.
