A b s t r a c t . The subject matter of the article is the process of the system of recovery of armored weapons and equipment functioning in the performance of tasks for the purpose in modern conditions. The goal of the study is to create a decision support system for the recovery of armored weapons and equipment under the interactive analysis of temporal and spatial indicators of warfare based on the use of "electronic cloud " technology. The tasks to be solved are: to formulate tasks effectiveness will increase in the decision support system; to develope structural and functional-logical scheme of the system, the list of external, calculation and control modules; to determinate the volume and format of input and output information for each structural unit and information buses of the system; to define the format of protocols for information exchange, the content of "survey" cards. General scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used.On the basis of a systematic analysis of the existing of armored weapons and military equipment recovery system, the main conditions and factors affect its functioning in modern armed conflicts were determined. The following results are obtained. The synthesis of the structural and logical scheme of the decision support system "virtual headquarters" in the form of software with modular architecture was carried out. Conclusions. Today, not only the process of positioning forces and means of technical support and their rational placement relative to military units, but also rapid response to changes in the technical situation is complicated. Improving the quality of the of weapons and military equipment recovery system is possible by creating a decision support system "Virtual headquarters". The main idea of creating the system is the processing of incoming and outgoing information in interactive mode, operational and optimal management of information flows and visualization of the solution for the recovery of weapons and military equipment. The proposed modular system architecture provides a list of external, design and management modules; the scope and format of input and output information for every business unit and information system buses. The information space, where the system resources will be located, is proposed to be built using the "electronic cloud" technology. BILINGUAL APPROACH TO FOREIGN STUDENTS MATH TEACHING IN THE KHARKIV NATIONAL UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER V.N. KARAZINAb s t r a c t. The article discusses the peculiarities of teaching mathematics for foreign students who use English as a language intermediary in bilingual education at the preparatory department of the Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin. It is noted that the key feature of educational material on mathematics, as information, is its network structure, formed by semantic-logical links. There are options for the distribution of decisions of control tasks. The process of preliminary assessment of foreign students, the training program and the logic of its creation are analyzed. The process of organizing bilingual education of foreign students at the faculty and its coordination between teachers is described. A statistical analysis of the composition of students, the initial level of their training is presented and the most effective training strategy is justified using the capabilities of university teachers. The process of creating a program for the discipline "Mathematics" is considered, taking into account the fact that students have a different initial level of knowledge in mathematics. It was noted that the use of a bilingual approach to learning and interdisciplinary cooperation allows foreign students to better understand the content of the discipline; get more opportunities to clarify difficult moments; expand opportunities for joint work on developing collaborative solutions; Feel comfortable when working with a mathematical device. It was concluded that interdisciplinary interaction in the learning process, in which students receive both professional development and improvement of their foreign language skills, deserves a positive assessment and can be recommended for use in the development of the educational environment. Завдання оптимізації пропускних здатностей каналів зв'язку гіперконвергентної системи потребує застосування сучасних математичних і комп'ютерних методів та засобів. Предметом дослідження є ресурси для передачі даних у гіперконвергентній системі. Мета дослідження – отримання аналітичного рішення задачі оптимізації пропускних здатностей каналів зв'язку гіперконвергентної системи при обмежених вузлових ресурсах. Результати та висновки. Для вирішення завдання оптимізації пропускних здатностей каналів зв'язку гіперконвергентної системи в якості функціоналу оптимізації був обраний середній час затримки при обмеженнях на вартість оренди каналів зв'язку. Оптимізаційна задача сформульована таким чином: визначити оптимальні значення щільності інформаційного потоку, що мінімізують середню затримку при обмеженні на вартість передачі сумарної кількості інформації, що припадає на одиницю пропускної здатності ліній зв'язку. Для її вирішення застосований метод невизначених множників Лагранжа. В результаті отримані аналітичні вирази, які дозволяють при заданій вартості передачі одиниці інформації здійснити вибір кількості елементів буферної пам'яті і оптимального значення щільності потоку інформації, що забезпечує мінімальну середню затримку передачі транзакцій гіперконвергентної комп’ютерної системи.
