Abstract

Is made by and between the Secretary of Army (Permittor) and the Department of Education (Permittee) effective upon the date of execution by both parties. Whereas: The Secretary of the Army granted seven separate permits to the Department of Education to use and occupy, for school purposes, seven separate parcels of land on the FLW Military Installation, Missouri, between 5 August 1953 and 1 April 1962; and Whereas: The Department of Education in accordance with 20 U.S.C. Section 7708, has proposed to terminate the seven existing permits located on the FLW Military Installation, Missouri, and transfer all capital improvements to the Waynesville R-VI School District by individual "quit claim deed" over a period of time (see Appendix G).
