The purpose is to identify the semantic factors with attention to arouse the maternal instinct of housewives being as health volunteers. The samples of this research are 18 housewives being village health volunteers with high maternal instinct and alcohol drinking behaviour learning in the rural communities, Thailand. By using adaptive control of thought rational (ACT-R) process, based on maternal instinct implemented from the semantic model, maternal instinct semantic factors model innovation is found. It engages with six cognitions; finance, health, family, children, society's recognition and environment. Health is generating large volumes of data that can provide invaluable insights into clinical and operational aspects of healthcare delivery. There is a general lack of specialized and integrated health data analytics platforms that offer technical methods to support the entire health data analysis pipeline-i.e. health data selection, integration, analysis, visualization and sharing. This paper proposes the technical architecture of a health data analytics platform that offers a technical solution for analyzing 'big' health data originating from multiple sources with heterogeneous terminologies and schemas. A key aspect of the architecture is data standardization, where we have used SNOMED-CT as a terminology standard to standardize health data from multiple sources. We offer a single step health data integration solution where users can select the data sources and the data elements from multiple sources, and our platform performs the data standardization and data integration to prepare an integrated dataset. We present a case study involving large volumes of laboratory data that is integrated and analyzed using our platform.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has recently approved a new standard for the communication and semantic interoperability of electronic health record extracts. This standard is based on a dual model architecture, where a simple and generic reference model is defined for the representation of data and an archetype model is used for the representation of complex domain concepts of the electronic health record. By using this standard and a tool called LinkEHR-Ed, we have defined different types of hospital discharge reports in the form of archetypes and then we have normalized automatically discharge reports instances in a real environment following those archetype definitions. This work proves that it is possible to standardize legacy data automatically and enrich them with a semantic information layer by using archetypes as an integration and standardization mechanism.
