Arab Gulf lobbying in the United States: what makes them win and what makes them lose and why?

Abstract: This research looks at attempts by Arab Gulf states to lobby the US government effectively. It explores aspects of their lobbying behaviour in order to identify the factors that lead to success and those that lead to failure from their lobbying endeavours.
