El objetivo del presente trabajo ha consistido en identificar y caracterizar el perfil y la calidad del empleo en las cooperativas en Andalucía en comparación con el resto del tejido empresarial, con el fin de determinar si verdaderamente presentan una mayor calidad frente al resto de empresas.
