Aprendizagem Organizacional E Inovação: Uma Análise Bibliométrica Da Produção Científica Internacional No Período Entre 2008 E 2012

Abstract

This study maps the scientific publications that address the themes of innovation and organizational learning. For this, we conducted a bibliometric analysis of published research in Web of Science between 1988 and 2012. Were located 580 articles, written by 1120 authors, linked to 539 institutions from 45 countries. The studies were grouped into three categories: the most cited articles, the most recent articles, and empirical works, totaling a selection of 49 articles which were analyzed in full. The results portray the growing interest in studying organizational innovation and learning, and the recent development of empirical research examining the relationships between the two constructs.

Meta-Analysis as a Research Tool: A Systematic Review of Bibliometric Studies in Administration
