Abstract:Apremilast (AP), a phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitor, is a novel drug for the treatment of psoriasis (Ps) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA). AP therapy affects the decrease in the activity of inflammatory changes due to reducing the level of proinflammatory cytokines.
