Attention and assistance to enhance the role of small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) by the government is more emphasized due to the success of SMEs in earning significant amount of foreign currency when Indonesia had to face economical crisis in 1997. This policy has been highly recognized again since the bombing tragedy in 2002; with the excellent evidence to show how important SMEs is in helping and maintaining the economic development of Bali. But in the implementation the assistance needs to be remanaged again in a more proper and appropriate way to attain the ultimate goals. The three economic potentials, agriculture in broad sense, tourism and SMEs (cottage industry included), must be developed in harmony, interdependence, support and complementary each other, if possible as synergist to obtain sustainable development of Bali. While assistance to SMEs must be done in a more coordinated way among the government technical offices, universities, NGOs, banking, and other social community institutions. By doing so, there would be no duplication or gap, nor creation of new disadvantageous problems. It could be in form of ergonomics, occupational health and safety impacts and problems in particular, and in adverse working conditions and environment in general. Therefore it is a must at this moment to carry out total approach in helping SMEs, by integrating the effort to improve their working conditions and environment, built-in within the effort to enhance SMEs'quality of life through economic assistance. In this process a total approach through SHIP approach and Appropriate Technology intervention must be done wisely and timely. By so doing, SMEs'sustainable working conditions and environment shall be attained.

Pembelajaran microteaching adalah kegiatan pelatihan mengajar untuk mendalami makna bahkan strategi penggunaannya pada setiap proses pembelajaran.Â Microteaching dilaksanakan secara reguler di kelas biasa, namun sekarang telah mulai disiapkan kelas khusus yang disebut ruangan micro teaching. Untuk mencapai pembelajaran microteaching yang baik maka diperlukan suasana atau ruangan yang nyaman dan ergonomis.Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang ruangan microteaching.Â Â Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini adalah tersedianya teori berupa pedoman tertulis dan dokumen desain berupa gambar kerjaÂ yang dapat digunakanÂ sebagai model untuk mewujudkan desain interior microteachingyang ergonomis bagi Lembaga Pendidikan Tinggi Keguruan yang tidak pernah secara khusus mempelajari teori tentang desain interior dan ergonomi, bagi para mahasisiwa Program Studi Desain Interior, desain interior dan pihak yang berkesempatann memperoleh penawaran mengerjakan projek jenis ini.Target khusus yang hendak dicapai pada penelitian ini, tersedia pedoman tertulis dan gambar kerja tentang desain interior micro teaching berbasis ergonomi bagi mahasiswa PS Desain interior agar variasi jenis kasus yang ditangani bertambah. Agar tujuan penelitian ini tercapai maka pengumpulan data dilakukan memakai metode kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Analisis data dilakukan memakai metode deskriptif dan komparatif serta glass-box melalui adanya masukan, proses dan luaran agar diperoleh simpulan yang signifikan. Adapun rincian kegiatan tahun pertama terdiri atas pengumpulan teori desain interior, seni yang berhubungan dengan interior dan ergonomi, wawancara dengan dosen dan mahasiswa LPTK, mengukur antropometri pengguna interior microteaching , observasiÂ pengukuran dan dokumentasi desain interior microteaching yang sudah ada di Bali, penetapan masalah, analisis serta simpulan. Kegiatan tahun kedua terdiri atas penyusunan teori desain interior microteaching yang ergonomis, pembuatan dokumen desain berupa gambar kerja desai interior microteaching yang ergonomis, penyusunan laporan hasil penelitian, pengusulan HKI, dan penyusunan bahan ajar.Â

Everyday, the use of water and gas is very important for human life, especially drinking water and LPG gas. As time goes by, the need for drinking water and LPG gas is increasing every day, because people are aware of their health and desire to live a more practical life. With the increasing demand for drinking water and LPG gas, many drinking water and LPG gas companies are packaged with large capacities. such as gallon water with a capacity of 19 liters and LPG gas measuring 12 kg. If the weight of gallon water reaches 19kg and 12kg LPG gas reaches 27kg, this can cause workers to be tired and overwhelmed to serve consumers. Moreover, consumers live on the 2nd floor apartment which must still be served. Lifting workers in general, lift gallons of water and 12kg LPG gas using their hands and carry them and the work is done repeatedly, this can cause muscle injuries, especially in the wrists, elbows and shoulders. In addition, the time used is relatively long due to the limitations of workers who can only carry 1 gallon or 1 piece of 12 kg LPG gas, especially customers with long haul-haul distances, which require workers to carry them without any tools. As a solution to these problems, an ergonomically designed trolley was made so that the lifting and transport workers could work in a healthy, safe and comfortable manner. In this study, a 12kg LPG gas carrier and 2 gallons of water will be designed and continued by analyzing the use of these tools for workers in terms of musculoskeletal muscle complaints and fatigue levels. Specifications This trolley has been ergonomically designed that has been adapted to the anthropometry of the worker's body and is capable of transporting 2 gallons of aqua or 2 12 kg LPG gas. The trolley design results with dimensions: 70 cm wide and 140 cm high with a weight of 60 kg, quite simple to move around The results of testing and analysis of musculoskeletal complaints and fatigue levels were obtained that: The average musculoskeletal complaints of workers before working using a trolley was 44.02 (±2.56) and the average musculoskeletal complaint after working using a trolley was 33.04 (±4.17) which means there is a decrease in musculoskeletal complaints by 24.9% %. The average level of fatigue of workers before working using a trolley is 44.11 (±2.17) and the average level of fatigue after working using a trolley is 33.03 (±3.22) which means there is a decrease in the level of fatigue by 25.1%.
