Approaches to the Study of Human Capital within a Set of Socio-Economic and Socio-Cultural Factors on the Example of Yenisei Siberia

Abstract

The preliminary results of interdisciplinary research on the basic socio-economic and socio-cultural factors necessary for accurate and comprehensive assessment of human capital at the level of certain territories of Yenisei Siberia are presented. The parameters of socio-economic and socio-cultural development for these territories are considered through the methods of indices and statistics. The estimates of the significance of social diversity effects in the context of inter-regional comparisons and dynamic changes are made. The results obtained at different levels of the hierarchy are also benchmarked and discussed. Methodological Approaches to Homogenous Regional Clusters Formation for Human Capital and Quality of Life Assessment in the Yenisei Siberia Macro-Region
