Approach to Refractory Hypoglycaemia in a Patient with Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Case Study and Literature Review

Abstract: Symptomatic hypoglycaemia in patients without underlying diabetes is uncommon. Etiology of non-diabetic hypoglycaemia varies from hyperinsulinism, hormone deficiencies, malignancies, to critical illness.
