Abstract:Introduction. Pneumonia is a group of acute infectious (mainly bacterial) diseases of various etiology, pathogenesis, and morphological characteristics characterized by focal lesions of the respiratory tract of the lungs with the obligatory presence of intraalveolar exudation.
