Applying QFD and Kano Model to Experience Design for Cultural Tourism on Mobile Device: An Example of Leifeng Pagoda, Hangzhou, China

Abstract: For most cultural landscapes, experience design is particular important. However, there is less research on experience design for cultural attractions.
