Applying PLS-SEM in Investigating Factors Affecting Employee Engagement: The Case of SAS English Centre, Da Nang branch, Vietnam

Abstract: This stuy aims to explore the driven factors of employee engagement in the chain of English centre in Danang city, vietnam by applying PLS-SEM model.
