Applying Human Performance Technology for Performance Improvement in Afghanistan High Schools

Abstract: This research used HPT methods to investigate performance issues in three high schools in Herat, Afghanistan. Findings showed that there was a performance gap between the present and desired levels of performance among all examined schools at different levels. After the underlying causes were identified, interventions were proposed according to Afghanistan education documents.
