“…A line of argument can incorporate similar and contrasting ideas from primary studies, thus allowing both reciprocal and refutational translation simultaneously, rather than choosing one or the other. We applied the GRADE-CERQual framework [42][43][44][45][46][47][48][49] to define our confidence in the themes entering the conceptual model as the framework was not designed to be applied to conceptual models.
