This paper aims to further solve the risks encountered by college students in the process of employment and entrepreneurship in rural areas and improve the success rate of employment and entrepreneurship. It presents a method of social environment analysis based on college students’ rural employment and entrepreneurship. This method deeply understands the employment and entrepreneurship environment of college students, deeply analyzes and identifies the constituent elements of college students’ rural employment and entrepreneurship environment, and takes the social environment of college students’ rural employment and entrepreneurship as the research object. With the help of questionnaire survey and data analysis, the survey shows that, in the channel selection of job hunting in the future, up to 77.20% choose to apply for a job through job fairs, and 69.60% will use advertising media such as networks and newspapers; 26.50% will apply for jobs through the talent market; 31.30% will apply for a job through relatives and friends; 15.40% will apply for jobs through independent entrepreneurship. This paper constructs the evaluation model of entrepreneurship and employment environment from the perspective of subjectivity and puts forward the optimization strategy of entrepreneurship and employment environment from four fields: policy environment, capital environment, education environment, and cultural environment.

In order to solve the problem of collecting necessary data affecting fuel consumption and building an intelligent energy efficiency system, this paper makes an in-depth study on the management of cross ship energy efficiency on the basis of program configuration generation. Firstly, this paper studies three methods: technology-driven analysis, support vector machine method, and energy efficiency evaluation method. In order to improve the functions of energy management, energy efficiency analysis, and auxiliary decision-making, this paper constructs a comprehensive intelligent scheme for the best ship navigation energy efficiency from the aspects of ship operation guidance, navigation performance evaluation suggestions, and shipping management decision-making, so as to meet the higher-level management needs of interested parties for ship energy efficiency. Among them, energy efficiency online monitoring can collect energy efficiency data and serve the other three functions, mainly monitoring ship energy consumption, environment, navigation, and other parameters. Energy efficiency evaluation is based on the data collected by online monitoring, and the results of ship energy consumption are obtained by using data mining technology. Through experiments and research, under the background of green, efficient, and intelligent ships, ship shore collaboration is an effective way to improve the ship’s energy efficiency management ability. Intelligent ships provide a new development path for strengthening the application service of ship energy efficiency management system.

The Function of Remote Monitoring System of a Robot Inverter Based on PLC and Cloud Platform

In order to improve the communication efficiency of the CAN bus application layer communication protocol of the inverter network monitoring system, this paper proposes a TTCAN scheduling optimization algorithm for the robot inverter remote monitoring system based on PLC and cloud platform. According to the analysis of the communication requirements of the frequency converter monitoring system, this paper designs the application layer protocol of the nodes in the system and establishes the system scheduling matrix. The time triggered can bus protocol (TTCAN) combines the event triggered mechanism with the time triggered mechanism. The hybrid scheduling strategy is used to optimize the system matrix of TTCAN; that is, the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for periodic messages. For nonperiodic messages, uniform scheduling strategy and dynamic scheduling algorithm are adopted. The simulation is carried out by MATLAB tools. The simulation results show that the sum of partial minimum transmission time is 1928 and there are multiple optimal individuals through the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm. Compared with the traditional genetic algorithm and single particle swarm optimization algorithm, the hybrid algorithm is better than the traditional genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm in terms of iteration times and average fitness value. In conclusion, the optimized TTCAN protocol improves the real-time performance, reliability, and bandwidth utilization of the communication network.
