Abstract:In this paper, the 316L-SS fracture life data obtained by stretching the specimens at 550°C high temperature is comparatively analyzed by Weibull distribution and Birnbaum-Saunders distribution. The tensile strength corresponding to the high-temperature fracture characteristic life of 316L-SS diffusion bonding joints based on the Weibull model is given by power law distribution.
