Application of Two‐dimensional Correlation Spectroscopy in Protein Research

Abstract

This article provides overview of the application of correlation spectroscopy (2DCOS) in biological and biomedical sciences, especially in protein and enzyme studies. The powerful utility of 2DCOS combined with various analytical techniques in protein studies including enzyme are reviewed. The noteworthy developments of 2DCOS used in studies of this field are also highlighted.
