Application of Self-Organizing Artificial Neural Networks on Simulated Diffusion Tensor Images

Abstract: Diffusion tensor magnetic resonance imaging (DTMRI) as a noninvasive modality providing in vivo anatomical information allows determination of fiber connections which leads to brain mapping.
