breast cancer (BC) is the main problem in present treatment because of lack of specific and sensitive tumor biomarker. Numerous studies showed that several microRNAs (miRNAs or miR) might regulate human BC. The tiny miRNAs, which are non-coding RNA molecule, start many paths for researchers to discover cancer early. miRNA profile expression has been linked to cancer development. This research is designed to define the miRNAs in the blood of Iraqi women for the healthy controls and other diagnosed with BC. Methods: Expression of three miRNA micro-145, micro-155, and micro-328 have estimated in blood of40 Iraqi BC women at different stages diagnosed is an oncologist at AI-Kadhimiya teaching hospital in Baghdad and forty healthy women by used real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) and delta method. The results showed that micro-145 was down-regulated, while micro-155 was overexpressed in patients. The fold change has shown non-significant changed in the expression of micro-328. Conclusions: The result concluded that these expressed micro-155 and micro-145 might be employed as major prognostic indicators for patients with BC and as targeting biomarkers for therapy in the future.
