Application of Multi-Valued Weighting Logical Functions in the Analysis of a Degree of Importance of Construction Parameters on the Example of Hydraulic Valves

Abstract: In the optimization process, changes in the construction parameters value influence the behaviour of functions depending on time. Weighting logical coefficients for the stabilisation time are taken into consideration here, i.e., a shorter (better) stabilisation time has a more important (bigger) value of the weighting coefficient. An example of applying weighting logical functions in the analysis of a degree of importance of construction parameters of a hydraulic valve is presented in the paper.

“…A proper mathematical model contains a group of functions joining different variables and describing connections between quantities in the system. Decision tables and logical functions [4,6,8] can be applied in simulation of machine or in data classification and scheduling of measurement points [6,7,[27][28]. Besides, there are dependence digraphs of the signal flow [9][10][11][12][13][14][15].…”

“…Control measurements, both the most important ones and the less important ones, were determined in the identification of control measurements analysis. Especially important is the correct evaluation of tolerance during the construction of integrated decisionmaking methods [2,[6][7][8]. The most important measurements are those specified by all applied research methods.…”

“…A gear pump optimization requires calculating volumetric, hydraulic and mechanical, as well as total efficiency. The pump efficiency optimization can be multi-criteria or mono-criterion [15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23]. Assuming that the total pump efficiency is the function of purpose and the parameters we are looking for are values of construction and/or exploitation parameters, then optimization can be made separately for construction and exploitation parameters looking for the maximum efficiency value.…”

“…A proper mathematical model contains a group of functions joining different variables and describing connections between quantities in the system. Decision tables [1][2][3] and logical functions [3][4] can be applied in simulation of machine systems, for example described by ordinary or partial differential equations. It results from the fact that the occurring nonlinear elements can be divided into the finite number of linear elements (parts), and as a consequence we obtain a linear simulation system from the primarily single nonlinear system.…”
